GARBAGE SEMI TRAILER GROUP//Garbage Semi Trailer
CHASSIS
the semi-trailer chassis will be manufactured with welded constructioned with l-profile high-resistant plate steel. the two l-profiles will be attached to each other with welded traverses. on the lower side of the chassis will be axle group of the landing legs and the king-pim group.
BODY
manufactured at different widths and varities to withstand the loads the crater holds. within trailer side walls st-52 3 mm, floor st-52 6 mm whole trailer will be supported with u-profile frames from outside.on the sides of the body will be at least two waste water tanks with a capacity of 250 lt produced with quality stainless steel.
including all hydraulic, engine, oil tank other units, except the rear hopper will have a capacity of 50m3 and the rear hopper will be at least 2,5m3.
REAR GATE
the rear gate will be connected to the body from back top with slot joints. when the rear gate is closed, will be locked automatically and the lock flanges will be under floor rear traverse, on the rear edge of the body.
to guarantee the leaktightness, there will be a removable gasket not affected by the acids between the rear gate and the body.
there will be a loading hopper manufactured with resistent material on the sides located in the rear gate with a capacity of 2.5m3. waste loaded here will be taken inside the body with a double effective hydraulic cylinder-driven compression mechanism with a working pressure of 170 bars.
the compression mechanism will be consisted of a slide, moving linearly inside the steel sledges and a shovel sweeping the waste in the loading hopper that moves while rotating on this slide. the steel plate of the shovel will be of hardox 400 or similar. sliding shoes will be placed outside the side walls of the rear gate and its contact with waste will be prevented and compression will be provided with the driving force of the cylinder.
the sliding shoes will be resistant to corrosion resisting and of plastic material, easily replaceable from the outside of the side walls of the rear gates. there will also be shoes produced by the same material that stabilizes the centering of the slide while it’s working.
there will be a hinged safety rest openable from one side, used for maintenance between the rear gate and the body.
on the rear gate cylinders, there will be a security valve to prevent it from falling down. below the rear gate vessel will be waste water tank of stainless steel and the valves for quick dischargement.
UNLOADING BULKHEAD
there will be a bulkhead in the body moving back and forth all the way long with a double acting cylinder. the steel plate of the bulkhead will be at least 4 mm and high resistant. the bulkhead and the telescopic cylinder will be used only for unloading the waste.
there will be a air or water cooled, 60 hp and 4-cylinder diesel engine driven hydraulic power source that gives hydraulic power to the system, hydraulic pumps and security valves.
CHASSIS, axle, and suspension underneath the trailer, bellows-top axle group, mount of the lever and a sub-chassis to which king-pim is connected to. depending on the capacity 3 axled axle group will be used. axle group will use pressure and be a leverage mechanism when trailer crater is empty. rear axles will have heavy duty type suspension,

BRAKE HARDWARE
two-lined brake hardware compatible with sae norms will be used. abs brake system will be standard.
ELECTRICAL HARDWARE
electrical hardware compatible with sae norms and regulation for highways traffic. there will be two electrical sockets with 7 pims with 12v
KING-PIM
the king pim will be at least 2” depending on the truck trailer and will be used compatible with din 74080 iso 337.
HYDRAULIC HARDWARE
hydraulic hardware consists of a diesel engine and a hydraulic pump getting power from it, oil tank, telescopic curtain cylinder, loading hopper cylinder and direction control and security valves. diesel or air-cooled engine will be at least 60 hp. hydraulic power will be obtained with the hydraulic pump connected to engine flywheel.
SUSPENSION
air suspension with which the load adjustment will be easily done. the front axle will be liftable and could be controlled easily by a button inside the truck cabinet.
AXLE CAPACITY
there will be 3-axles compatible with air suspension, each will be 13 tons. casting brake drum and sfero porya will be used. heavy-duty brake system that doesn’t much maintenance will be used. all axle ball bearings used will be first quality.
REMOTE HARDWARE AND FUNCTIONING
remote panel will be mounted through the chassis on the lower right side of the trailer. the control of the diesel engine will be done here electronically. lifting of the rear hopper and back-forth movement of the bulkhead will be done with the electrical control panel and double valve mounted on the left side of the trailer either electrically or manually.

PAINT
sandblasted first, the full range of equipment will be cleaned of stain and oil and the painting will be done with 1 layer of epoxy undercoating at 60 m width, two layers with a desired colour and one last finishing layer of paint of any color of choice with a width of 60

2 (two year) guarantee for all equipment for bad materials and labor errors. there will be support for spare parts and service also except for the guarantee
